Privacy-friendly — most conversions and calculations happen locally in your browser.

No accounts — no login, no user profile, no saved history.
No uploads by default — unless a tool explicitly says so, your data stays on your device.
No "everything app" — small and focused beats bloated and slow.

If a tool ever requires a server API, it will be clearly stated on the tool page.

FM Workbench is designed so most tools still work offline after the page loads.

Most FM Workbench tools run entirely in the browser and work offline once loaded, with no user tracking.

JSON formatting, encoding/decoding, image conversion, checksum/CRC, struct layout — all run directly in the browser.

A few tools may call minimal endpoints (e.g. what-is-my-ip) for data that only the server can know. These endpoints do not store results.

If you have a tool idea that would save time in your workflow, it's a good candidate for FM Workbench.

Best requests include sample inputs/outputs and constraints (e.g. "must work offline", "no upload").
Good candidates are small utilities you'd use while coding, debugging logs, or building hardware.

Tip: a short input → output example makes it much easier to design a clean UI.
